Simon is a self-driven executive with over 35 years of experience across all sectors of the retail and online gaming sector. During his career Simon worked with some of the largest blue chip and privately-owned companies around the world including, Rank Group, Sega, CIRCSA SA, TCS and The Gauselmann Group GMBH.

Currently working as MD of the largest and well-respected Data Management and analysis company in the retail gaming space, CLMS, a Director of BeTree Limited, a specialist M”M data comms specialist to the pub retail and AGC centre. He also has been running his own consultancy business, working with senior management teams to assist in the development of growth, new product development in the Slot and Sports Betting LVT markets.
