Clive Attwood is an all-round leisure and gaming sector Designer who has worked for a long list of high profile clients over many years. He can provide uniquely functional and exciting designs and understands the importance of a project delivered on time and on budget. He has also been round the block several times and nothing fazes him!

Clive Attwood is a time served designer who has worked for many Leisure operators during his long career. His early career included seven years with Fitch and Co in London where clients included Boots, Asda, La Samaritaine and West India dock. He then moved onto Principals Leisure where he focussed more on the leisure sector with significant assignments for Rank Leisure, Whitbread, Compass and Ladbrokes.

Since 1994 Clive has worked for himself and his client list includes Rank, Thorpe Park, Nandos, and Arcadia. More recently he has completed assignments for Talarius, Praesepe, Gauselmann Group, HB Leisure and Thomas Estates.

Clive’s skill set includes the whole gamut of design including design concepts, visualisation, project supervision (and delivery), licence/planning, working drawings, tenders and tender process management. He presents well in front of large and small audiences and can offer advice on anything from building optimisation through to complete design and build and can also provide expert witness advice if so required.

He has often provided excellent design solutions for ‘difficult’ buildings including those listed, (or in conservation areas) where he has acted as ‘point man’ for the client with the Local Authority.

Clive likes a challenge and understands how to optimise designs in terms of timescale, creativity and budget.
